It probably shouldn't be a surprise to me that today's weather is overcast, drippy and cool. My knee already seemed to know that last night! It was the strangest sensation I have ever felt, a dull burning type feeling in my left knee area. It didn't really hurt, it was just annoying and uncomfortable. I tried taking some aspirin and I put pillows under my knee for support while I laid in bed and caught up on some movies. Is this just another sign of aging?
I will have to see how the leg behaves today and learn how to interpret the weather!
