The Orange County Auto Show - Free & Discounted Tickets

Coming to the Anaheim Convention Center on October 3-6, 2013 is the Orange County International Auto Show!  It's the best place to check out the hottest new cars and trucks, exotics, tricked-out rides, classics & more! Here is the schedule:

Auto show hours:
Thursday, October 7 4 pm – 10 pm
Friday, October 8 12 noon – 10 pm
Saturday, October 9 9 am – 10 pm
Sunday, October 10 9 am – 7 pm

Entry is free on OC Register Family Days, Sunday October 6.

Buy tickets in advance HERE and use the code “ocreg” and get in free Thursday and Friday, and only $6 Saturday and Sunday. Each ticket is good for one free entry, or two discounted tix, so if you’re taking a group you’ll need to fill out the form more than once. Kids 12 and under are free all four days. You will als get a free 12 month subscription to Auto Trend Magazine when you buy your tickets this way.

Insurance is Confusing

Insurance is confusing and who do you turn to and trust to guide you through the maze?  While travelling, I have found that I am exposed to a lot of different radio shows and talk shows that I am not aware of at home. One of these is Dave Ramsey. Some of his discussions make a lot of sense and I wanted to share his thoughts on insurance, as a basic guide. At least it is a sound place to start.
