The National Park Service is encouraging visitors to the country's 394 national sites by offering free admission! During the week of April 16th to April 24th you can visit national parks such as Yellowstone, the Grand Canyon, the Great Smoky Mountains and monuments such as Pinnacles National Monument in California, historic sties and seashores.
Some parks are even offering special hikes or ranger's and children's programs during that week. To learn more visit The National Park Service website. Discounts may also be available at some of the concession and gifts shops.
