With the sad passage of the American Screen Legend and Hollywood Goddess, Elizabeth Taylor, there are abundant pictures, tributes and articles about the movie star. They all say she had stunning, violet eyes. Is that even possible?
In most interviews or stills I have seen, her eyes appear to be a beautiful blue or sometimes even hazel. Why would Hollywood have been any different back then than it is now with it's creations of visions and images? Perhaps her eyes were enhanced?
Either way, she was through her career a stunningly beautiful woman, fantastic actress and a humanitarian with her fundraising and awareness raising for HIV and AIDS.
Goodbye Ms. Taylor, you were a gift to the silver screen.
