So I resolve to get in better shape, eat healthier, make better life choices and my reward is? An aching back! I really didn't do anything that much different other than to try and increase my exercise from 2 days a week to 6 days. Nothing too strenuous, walking mostly. Well, I guess there were those sit ups and the butt clenching, the jogging up the stairs and the over zealous vacuuming. Too much too soon I guess!
When will my brain tell my body it isn't 20 anymore! Never I hope! I don't want to give in! I guess it will be Advil and warm baths for a while...
