Emerald Waterways' Horizon Bar
and Lounge offers floor-to-ceiling windows to capture the ever changing
moving landscape and views along the waterways. I would love to indulge in a cocktail while enjoying the amazing views. Past the Lounge, I
would find myself on The Terrace which is the perfect place to relax with a
book or a drink as I lounge and relax. Or perhaps the Sun Deck
which offers amazing 360° views, beautiful sunrises or stunning sunsets would be a better place to share an embrace or hold my beloved's hand as we share this adventure.
From airport greetings, to guided tours, my fantastical journey on-board
includes meals, highlight dinners, complimentary tea, coffee and water, a variety
of entertainment, First Class service from an English-speaking crew,

I can just envision the beautiful and bustling Christmas Marketplaces aglow with lights and decorations and with the smells of Christmas wafting through crisp winter air! Along the voyage there would be breathtaking sites bathed deep in tradition and history. A tour of Cologne with it’s Medieval Architecture; Storybook castles along the Rhine Gorge; Art collections in Miltenberg; the Bishops’ Residenz in Würzburg, one of Germany’s largest and most ornate baroque palaces; Bamberg’s largest intact medieval town centres; a guided tour of Nuremberg and trip to the Christkindlmarkt; cruising the Danube Gorge to Weltenburg Abbey which is the oldest monastery in Bavaria; St. Stephen’s Cathedral in Passau; breathtaking scenery in Dürnstein; Vienna’s world-famous Opera House; a tour of Bratislava with it’s pedestrian plazas and the grand finale in Budapest with a traditional Hungarian Farewell Dinner, complete with folk dancing and music! Wow!
I can’t think
